Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking energetic, self-motivated professionals who are passionate about marketing and helping businesses grow.
Requirements – Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing services sales
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
Requirements – Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and easy to work with
- Self-starter with ability to manage your own schedule
- Punctual and prepared for all meetings
- Committed to the sales process and personal success
Preferred (but not required):
- Knowledge of branding, websites, and video marketing
- Experience selling creative or intangible services
Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or tablet suitable for client presentations
- Reliable transportation for Twin Cities metro area client meetings
- Personal cell phone and service plan
