We’re excited to help you get your HOA community online.

Before you submit your request, you will need the following information:

Your main page content.
We created a questionnaire to help you.

Select the editor you prefer:

  • Google Docs – when you open the link, click on File and select Save a Copy. This will allow you to type your content in the document. When you’re done, click on File and select Download. Save the file to your computer as either a .docx or PDF.
  • MS Word

Feel free to write the content in paragraph format instead of answering things question by question. These questions were meant to help you come up with content ideas for your website.

Your about page content
This page will have the contact information of your board members, the positions they hold, the committees they are on, and anything else you’d like to share. (This page may be a great place to post a group photo of everyone.)

Photos (the list below is include in the Google doc and MS Word doc)
We recommend 5-12 photos. Here are some ideas:
* The building entrance/sign
* Views from the street level or drone views
* Home exteriors
* Common areas (parks, gazebo, clubhouse)
* Nature/wildlife shots
* Community events

Contact Email
There will be a contact form on your website. You will be asked to provide email address(es) that you would like the form inquiries to get sent to.

Domain Name
If you have one, let us know what it is.
If you don’t have one, give us some ideas on what you’d like. We’ll see if we can purchase your requested domain name. If we can’t, we’ll come close.
